Theatre - Wikipedia
A red light typically suggests a sexual or dangerous situation, but if you were to subvert the action onstage to… a mundane classroom setting, where the children are writing lines, for example — would it still translate in that way? Furthermore is there a difference to the way lighting is interpreted in rehearsal as opposed to during a performance in front of an audience?
Perhaps the most incomprehensible theory is that of deconstruction, or post-structuralism. Jacques Derrida appears to be the leading source for Fortier in explaining deconstruction:.
See a Problem?
An idea that I can visualise as a, very simplistic, but comprehensible , definition of deconstruction. There are, of course, layers upon layers of other elements that make up each theory, but for now, this is how I am going to relate to them — when referring back and taking influence from each within our own work as a company.
